We are often told “Democracy dies n Darkness”, so why is it so hard to bring government actions into the light? Why is an organization supposedly designed to help in struggling countries giving money for bat research? Seems strange to me!

While the genesis of USAID might have been borne from a solid premise, the 60+ years of mission creep has turned a portion of it into a national lobby group. Those parts need to be identified and excised
