The system uses a computer calculated score to screen applicants, so when you answer the questionnaire on your performance take into consideration that many people apply for the job selecting the maximum point question with absolutely no experience at all. If you are slightly more honest than self-aggrandizing the system will select those that put the highest points on the questionnaire over the ones with real resume experience that selected a few mid-grade answers. That causes the liars to be submitted while the resumes of the honest individuals are never viewed by a human.
Take that information into account when responding to the questionnaire particularly section 19.
