That skipper no doubt lives with the nightmare of that day and will do so for the rest of his natural life when he relied on the intel assessment and pronouncement of higher-ups and decided to relax security somewhat while in port. I have always blamed Zinney and perhaps even his bosses for this incident. AQ caught US with our trou down around our ankles that day and kicked US where it hurt. After than those involved and behind the attack were afforded legal rights of a US citizen which protected them from being treated like enemy combatants and now have been released after years of cushy confinement, to return and resume waging war against US. This is nothing to be proud of and should never be forgotten. God bless the USA.

I saw this item earlier and passed over it without sharing or commenting. I simply didn't believe it. No matter how little I think of this President, I just couldn't accept the truth of this story. I still can't. I'm going to wait until I have seen unassailable verification and, if true, you'll hear from me.

CPT Jack Durish, I am constantly amazed by the ideological blindness and incredible stupidity of this man. He is like Neville Chamberlain on steroids, incapable of learning from experience (either his own or that of others).

I have come to the conviction that liberalism is a mental disorder, and that this man has an advanced case of it.
