Whole Health is a modality that encompasses so many activities to relax and relieve stress. The VA's program appointments can be attended via VA VideoConnect. I am very familiar with Mindfulness Meditation, for seven years, now. The VA Mindfulness course is eight weekly sessions. Over the seven years, I have been doing Mindfulness Meditation three days a week via Zoom with Brett Cotter and Movement with Stefani Cotter two times a week. I am loving the VA Mindfulness activities once a week and then VA Mindfulness three times a week with Brett because having access to relaxation and stress management frequently has given my life added value. Brett and Stefani invite veterans to join them "free of charge" as often as they like.
