CALLER:Hello VA, help me I'm having a heart attack.
VA: Thank you for calling your VA. We are experiencing a very high call volume at this time.We ask that you please stay on the line and your call will be answered In the order that it was received.
TWO HOURS LATER-----
VA: We are still experiencing a very high call volume. We ask that you please try your call again at a time when call volume is not so high. Thank you for calling your VA.

Yeah... when you try to make an appt by phone the wait is forever. BUT! If you leave your number they'll call back... sure...
