Wait, the IG found that you failed to/did, so don't concur, the claim you will continue to/not to.
Why refer the COS's interference with the physicians for someone to investigate and determine "if" an ethical violation occured, as the IG already found interference? Oh, so the COS can keep the job, and continue to ignore VA/VHA policy.
