When they have eaten all the zoo animals, and someone cannibalized their kids, when they have nothing left to lose. They will eat Maduro and his ruling elite.

It's the legacy of communism. In North Korea, they were reduced to collecting poop for fertilizer. They had poop quotas, and so they locked their out-houses to keep the poop thieves away so they could make their quotas. School children were sent out during the school day to look for poop (the teachers didn't hand out latex gloves or plastic bags for this assignment, and the schools probably didn't even have soap). The hills in many parts of North Korea were denuded of their trees, both for firewood and for the bark, which starving people would boil in order to make it edible. That North Korean guard that escaped to South Korea a month or so ago was riddled with worms. That's what the people of Venezuela have to look forward to if it keeps going the way it's going.
