Veteran Informed He Can't Honor Fallen Friends Because It Offends Some People

Offends or annoys? Personally, I love the sound of taps being played in the evening. I find it soothing. However, I also find listening to other people and their sounds (music, machinery, etc) intruding on my peace, annoying. I suppose I'm saying that I'd want to know more before passing judgment on this dispute. For one thing, how loud is it being played? Also, while he should have the right to honor his fallen comrades, like all rights, does it end where another's rights begin? Ultimately, I choose to honor my fallen comrades, all fallen warriors who served America, by serving their families and those veterans in need of help.
