Veteran known for playing 'Taps' in Galveston dies

Our country has lost another brave Marine, Korean War veteran Guy Taylor who played Taps every day in Galveston, Texas for years. Sad to read of his passing. I drank my way though Galveston after I returned from Vietnam with my twin brother. It would have been an honor to share a beer with this Marine. Semper Fi Mr. Taylor.

Indeed it is SFC George Smith. Ive already watch some videos of him on YouTube. Every time I hear Taps it brings tears to my eyes.
