Capt Tom Brown
PO2 Kristy Williams What's equally bad about something like this, as per Sgt Gus Laskaris he probably didn't break any laws as even a tiny percentage of donations were given to vets. The individual will probably resurface in the future in an equally prestigious front organization making 6 figures and raising money for some other worthy cause. Work like by CNN goes a long way to making amends for their one-sided reporting on politics and other national issues.

VA moves to fire executive behind vets charity
The National Vietnam Veterans Foundation which raised more than $29 million dollars in four years but spent less than 2 percent of that money on actual veterans causes, is agreeing to shut down, forfeit its assets and its president will pay back a $100-thousand dollar severance package.
