Never stand when you can sit. Never sit when you can lay down. Never stay awake when you can catch a nap.

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. I used effectively for a whopping year, then I became a Team Leader. Then I had to use it judiciously. Squad leader on up, never used it again.
