My nine year old is afraid of clowns. She imagines them walking through our neighborhood. I showed her the local Police Crime map. Car thefts, break-ins, assaults, or multiple crimes over the last 60 days. Its like what the comedian Chris Rock says: I am not worried about the Media: I am worried about criminals stealing his money when he goes to the ATM machine.

scare tactics. I told my 9 year old there would be a police tactial alert if this were true. They are out in force looking for drunks on Haloween anyways since idiot some functioning alcoholic adults, who do not have young kids, are stupid to go party on a worknight and cause trouble.
