I doubt that Ukraine would destroy it, knowing the damage that would be caused down stream. Russia has already shown that their way of war is flatten everything, so IMHO I'd lean more on Russia doing it.

I don't think Russia knows what to do. One thing is they have the people mad and i don't think they will quit. We have a fairly large population of Germans from Russia,( Ukraine) and these people are stubborn and will not quit.

What ? Russia lie about their acts of aggression and terror, what else is new ? The Russian Governments cowardly approach to murdering civilians instead of facing Military Troops is exactly what they would do !
