There is a difference between freedom of speech and unlimited license. While wearing the uniform, you represent all of us, active, retired, vet, and expired. You have no personal opinions while in uniform.

CPL Joy Downs Hart - Yep we have to get teh emotionally unstable out of uniform and back on teh streets where they can further highlight their issues. A "HERO" I think not, unless the definition has been changed to lower the standard below what an actual hero is and then she still wouldn't make the cut.
