Two years ago I went to Washington DC for the sole purpose of visiting the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall . I have three High School friends on that wall . One of those friends I knew since the third or fourth grade . There is another name on that wall from my tour in Vietnam. He was a doorgunner just like me . He was killed when his chopper was shot down . It was a very emotional experience for me . Some day I hope to go and visit the wall again .
