Voting expert calls for constitutional amendment affirming right to vote

It's legalsleaze for them to slip in a way to make it legal for anyone standing on American soil to be considered a citizen and allowing them to vote, and likely for a myriad of other stupid crap.

Right to vote for who? All CITIZENS have the right to vote unless they are felons or otherwise disqualified.

Congress 1965 put the voting rights act in place. Every American has the right to vote when they register properly.

He actually calls for Identification numbers...what a concept!

Courts have to balance the rights of the voters against stes interest...horsenuggets, that is making policy and law from the bench...the courts only job is to read and interpret the constitution....not find a balance.
