I served as an AF Medic X 44 months. We coordinated transfer care back and forth from Andrews AFB (Malcolm Grow Medical Center) to both Walter Reed and Bethesda Naval Center. Driving urgent patients to those facilities traveling on the Beltway, was hazardous. Fortunately we avoided accidents.
Both facilities even back then delivered exceptional care. I have a published article on Research Gate about a Corpsman's Trauma as a part of my larger project on combat trauma. i do know what a "head" signifies. For those who do not, it is not a body part, or is it used for #1 and/or #2?

“Anybody who works at Walter Reed is under that kind of microscope, that kind of threat, a hostile intelligence threat,” Hoffman said, including by Chinese and other adversary spy agencies. “They’ve always been focused on Walter Reed. It’s a collection target. Why wouldn't it be?”
“But what they'll do though is [wire] tap the crap out of Walter Reed,” he said. “They probably already have. They will have targeted doctors and anybody they could find at Walter Reed” for recruitment or blackmail.

At Andrews AFB (Malcolm Grow Hospital) we took care of White House dignitaries inc. the President, and his family member and staff. I remember many occasions driving a fully equipped ambulance to the flight line just in case. We referred to the ambulance as "The Cracker Box" and I have no clue what this stood for! it functions as a mobile ER!
