Worked at NW Oregon Housing Authority (1999-2012) and had an Accountant as our Finance Officer. He looked exactly like Walter in the face, frown, attitude, style of dress - especially the sweaters, right down the bald upper melon and the dreaded "Bozo Ring" of hair. And, no sh*t, his name was Walter.
