Well lets see let's start by sending them another 10 or 12 billion in cash so they can finance more terror groups against neighboring countries they don't like.

It's their opinion against mine. I'm sure you'll weight theirs higher than mine. Go ahead. Doesn't bother me. The "fact" is that President Obama didn't have to release those funds. Several President ahead of him didn't see fit to release them. So, the question is, why did he choose to release them? Out of the goodness of his heart or because he expected a quid pro quo? If a quid pro quo, what was he expecting? We may never know (unless, of course, you choose to believe him - I don't). More importantly, what did we actually get by virtue of his "generosity"? We got Americans killed...
