“War Machine” reveals the mentality behind America’s longest war — and the maddest of them all

It was a mediocre movie, quite frankly. But it did reveal significant flaws in the command structures of our military during these wars. HBO's Generation Kill is another satire of these wars, that shows how dysfunctional the command was.
