It is a sad day everyday we lose one of ours to any tragedy. It is however the business we have volunteered to be engaged in. Our business is killing bad deplorable people and sometimes we lose a warrior in the fight.

What is sad to me me and highly deplorable is that for years we allow those who have zero blood equity in the fight making tactical decisions. Really, Hillary at the State department. Diane Feinstein having a say. A coward with Zero battle knowledge in John McCain voicing his opinion.

We are at war and in essence we will live and die on the battlefield. Some of us know the pain to go into that fight and be the one that comes home. The why me syndrome. Well the why you/Me is so you can live to fight another day. Whether here on a battlefield or at home telling the politicians to SHUT UP and fight. Fight or bring everyone home. The first warrior killed is a price to high to pay if you are not in it tob win it.

I pray for the families of my brothers and sisters that did not return as they left. My God knows each of them by name, each of US! He will provide the peace that only he can and until such time as the war fighter is no longer necessary, we will continue to honor those who fall and give an even higher regard of honor to those that fall in battle.

Thank you SMSGT Thomas for this post. People need to know that the cost of war is real and weighs heavy on us and our families that fight it.
