Washington: The corpse flower is ready for its (smelly) close-up

Have any of you had the pleasure of smelling a corpse flower? Have you heard of the corpse flower? I've heard about, when it blooms, but never smelled it. I don't want to either.

Washington’s corpse flower, or titan arum, bloomed on Tuesday in a rare morning opening of a plant the gardeners at the U.S. Botanic Garden have nicknamed Charlotte.
