WATCH: AIS Animation Shows CSCL Jupiter Grounding and Salvage – gCaptain

AIS track of yesterday's grounding. Fun fact, this ship is 1.5 times larger than a bird farm, by deadweight tonnage. Hard to tell what the scale is on the track, but for as long as it went straight after missing the scheduled turn, I can only surmise they had a steering casualty. But...I'm posting for the picture of the tug boats. It took 13 of them to get her afloat, and most of them are tractor tugs. Folks, that's a LOT of pulling power in one place.
