I'm sure this will offend someone, but I cringed every time I saw President Obama lay his hands on an MOH. This will be worth watching...

I'm with you sir on the past POTUS laying his hands on a MOH recipient. It just wasn't right that a less than honorable man honor someone of character, moral courage and bravery when he himself worked deals behind closed doors while promising transparency.
Applauded the USA in public yet did almost every despicable thing he could possibly do to tear America apart. Pretended to be a card carrying Lutheran and in secret he followed Islam. Should I go on? Nah I said plenty!

It was even worse for me when President Clinton presided over MOH award presentations especially the Black Hawk Down Recipients knowing how he not only opposed the Vietnam war but did so outside the US always rubbed me the wrong way

Sorry folks ... I never cared who awarded the MOH ... just that it went to a deserving individual. Bush ... Obama ... Trump ... doesn't matter. It is the honoree that has earned the medal that commands my attention ... and my respect. James McCloughan, in my humble retirement, I salute you.

I'm guessing he will end the ceremony with a jovial "Now, You're Fired!"
