Thanks for posting this. My family moved to Minneapolis in 77, just four years after this was filmed. As a young eight grader my friends and I used to take the bus downtown, to the IDS Center and its attached sky-ways, all seen on the film. We would clown around, go to the big library, then the Natural history museum, then eat at the IDS cafeteria. The place was always filled with the most interesting variety of people, from all walks of life. I have fond memories of watching the the pimps and prostitutes conducting business in the IDS Courtyard. Unfortunately, the big anchor stores from that time (Dayton's and Donaldson's) have closed and the street people forced the library and museum to move to the suburbs.
