I've seen them, but never bought a sandwich there either.

Gotta go with this article; Wawa's are all over Florida, and as a bonus, at my local Wawa coffee is free for Vets and Active Duty Personnel. Their sandwiches are damn good, but when I go back to Philly to visit my Mom, I will get a good deli Italian Hoagie or a Cheesesteak from Pats.

Not bad. Certainly preferable to Subway

I have no problem with Subway, but they're certainly not the best. At least they have fresh baked bread (my first requirement for a good sandwich) and they're cheap. Quiznos is better but they don't allow franchisees to locally source product. Supplies must be purchased through the franchisor making them too expensive (at least that's what I've been told). Jersey Mike's slices meats and cheeses on demand for every sandwich. (My second requirement for a good sandwich). Precut meats oxidize until they are used (losing freshness).
