On 17 November, 10 days after Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election, as Donald Trump launched a spurious legal challenge to overturn the results, congressman Bill Pascrell demanded that the president’s entire administration be investigated and tried for its crimes.
“If Joe Biden meant what he said, and I have no reason to believe he doesn't, that this election is for the very soul of our democracy, then damn it, we can’t just leave it out there,” the New Jersey congressman told The Independent.
“We may need to say and believe we need unity right now – which is absolutely correct – but if we leave these things to history, the record of history may be different years from now than what we just went through in four years.”

Just like the promise to lock up Obama? Trump will not be locked up he may be prosecuted in New York over business dealings and or taxes but he won't be locked up.

SGT James Hammons if you read my comment carefully I said he won't be locked up. People said Trump would lock up Hiliary an Barack but he didn't. Trump won't be indicted for the election on anything during his presidency. My comment references whatever dealings he could have had prior to becoming president that would consequent a court hearing whether business deals or taxes who cares. If he runs again in 2024 an wins I don't care. If he goes back to his luxurious life quietly I don't care I didn't vote for him or creepy Joe.

I think people carry the arrest thing a little to far. Politicians seem to get away with so much they should be arrested for.

SGT James Hammons could you imagine if people were protesting to remove politicians immunity vs police? We may actually turn into a better country at that point.
