This story is lost in emotional hyperbole at every turn. I refuse to lose myself in the weeds with all the foolishness spouted in the article itself as well as the posting that accompanied the link. But y'all go right ahead and enjoy yourselves...

Roy Moore is probably a helluva lot closer to America's Founders in every respect than anyone on the modern left is.

Susan Foster - You were the one who stated that Roy Moore's "brand of religion is the only one that matters to him." What is your basis for making that claim?

SSgt Christopher Brose - I have been following him for years, as he's in my home state. I have probably read every speech he's done that's printed and know people who know him personally. What about you?

Susan Foster - Let me try this another way. What is his "brand of religion" according to you?

Susan Foster
SSgt Christopher Brose - He has been very open that whole point of the Constitution in the first place was to foster Christianity and that we should run the country according to the Bible. I am a Christian, but that's just not so. If a court decision does not go along with what he believes is in the Bible, he believes it's OK to defy it. He's lost his job twice over this. The whole point of having church & state separate was because the FF had been told how to worship. I have seen no examples of anyone putting limits on how we can worship. Nor do I know anyone who has. I tend to be pretty centrist, and try to vote for the person. My entire family and most of my close friends will vote for him, however, because they will vote for the party, although they admit to me they know he's wrong.

I didn't know old Roy worshiped towards pounding his head on the ground towards the Kaaba. Who knew?
