The DPRK cyber cells do not operate from within nK. These Cyber Cells are staffed with Special Agents, who are trained experts in Cyber crime, ransom attacks and virus cloning techniques. These cells spread viruses cloned from Trojan horses and Backdoor invaders through cyberspace targeted at large and unsuspecting multinational corporations and international organizations affixing those viruses to financial wallets and stealing vital account information or by threatening dire consequences, if the attacked does not remit a ransom in bitcoin funds to the attackers. Although the viruses were neutralized, many were affected and infected by those cyberattacks. No one has found, fixed or finished these Special nK Cyber Cells till date.

One of these Special Covert Cyber Cells was located in Malaysia and it's members are believed to have murdered Kim's half-brother at Kuala Lumpur Airport. However, before any intelligence agency could fix this cell, it dispersed into thin air and never returned there again. Another nK Cyber Cell is said to be covertly operating from an undisclosed location in the Middle East, but this has not been confirmed yet. Will WW3 be: (A) a cyber attack of a 9.0 or 10.0 magnitude earthquake; (B) a mixture of empire strikes and cyber crimes that together devastate alike to CAT 4 or 5 hurricanes or typhoons; (C) All of the above and; (D) None of the above?

Has anyone considered the cells may not be comprised of North Koreans, rather opportunists profiting from the NK belligerency?

Could very well be the case Sir. NK Cyber Intelligence may have hired foreign opportunists to do their dirty crimes against unexpecting global giants and nK profited enough to threaten the U.S.?

The NKs are trying to get to where we were in the 1960s, not much reason to spy on them unless we are designing software to make their system work against it self, like Iran

Do not underestimate the North Koreans. I used to talk to defectors and they have motivation!! Lots of it. They also are doing darn good at software designing. They have been even designing games which get sold in China. If you can design and produce commercial games, you can design attackware, for destruction, espionage and other pre-war events.
