Not only should he separate SNAP from the farm bill; he should defund it and do away with the program. Hunger will make someone work.
If a hand out is given make it commodities like, beans, rice, sugar, flour, oil, etc. Not free money on a card that can be used for whatever food item the cardholder chooses.
