A COURT?????? A court? Really? What court has the authority or jurisdiction to overturn the Olympic committee's ruling to ban the athletes? Those athletes were caught red handed (no pun intended). It makes a mockery of who sets the rules and who enforces the rules. What message does this send to all the Athletes that competed fairly and by the rules?

To me, this is too late in the proceedings to overturn it IMO PO1 William "Chip" Nagel. They should be heavily scrutinized as well.
