What’s the firepower like for the Army’s new rifle?

Really impressive weapons...firing through cinder blocks to hit the target. Let's not be forced to leave them behind for our enemies...

So back to 20 round magazines and a lesser basic load. I'm not understanding either change. But since the round is longer, I guess they want zero similarities to an AK in appearance magazine-wise.

Sounds like a big improvement. I am anxious to hear what the 101st air borne troops say. I remember the m-16 roll out and they were likely to jam when you least expect it. M-16 did not seem to be ready for prime time in early deployments.
