What's the Status of North Korea's Nuclear Program?

This was an interesting and informative read. Many don't take the DPRK seriously, which could come back to bite us in the ass. Mostly due to China and Russia, the DPRK has come quite far in it's capabilities. While their equipment is aged, they make up for it with man power and it's cyber capabilities, not to mention it's fast evolution of it's nuclear capabilities. A country to watch out for.
