In June '42, the IJN hoped to lure the US Fleet from Pearl Harbor to be devastated at Midway. USN didn't play along according to that plan. Japan's loss wasn't only do to choices made day of battle, but was baked in by leadership decisions years in advance. Significant lessons applicable to today's leaders. Thanks for reading!
