When will marijuana be federally legal and what would it mean for troops, clearance holders?

I would shudder at the prospect.

I tend to see a problem with legalization of marijuana. Years , like 30 years ago or so, I watched a program on marijuana and treatment of pain. There was a heavy equipment operator who suffered from chronic back pain. He was taking marijuana. The company was forced to fire the operator because of his use of marijuana, the insurance company flat out said no liability will be paid if an operator tests positive for marijuana. As I understand it, there is no test for intoxication, however you can test for use, and past use.
