Personally I want to see who I'm talking to, and to make sure there's nothing hidden that shouldn't be.

If there is a reasonable concern and you are an officer that needs to see the womans face for identification, arrangements can be made for a female to look he rover or for her to temporarily remove the veil from her face to show that she is who she says she is.

The majority of muslim women in the us wear 1 and 2 there is a number of 3 but very few that wear 4 if at all. BTW those of us that do cover our faces will show them when its a security or identification (official reason not some yahoo forcing us to take it off) issue. I don't cover my face but I know some sisters that do and no they are not wahabi and no I am not in any way part of the muslim brotherhood. Also not all that wear number 4 are forced to or anywhere near the influence of the Taliban. <<<< what I am wearing in my profile picture is one example of what I wear.
