White House Confirms 'Criminal Investigation' Into Hillary Clinton Emails

Sgt Jay Jones - Hillary signed a nondisclosure agreement with the State Department and it was Hillary's responsibility to insure material was appropriately handled. If she had a question she should have assumed that the material was classified and handled appropriately.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you break a law but you didn't know that it was a law you can still get in just as much trouble as you would if knew the law and that you were breaking it? I'm pretty sure police tell folks that all the time. So if she claims she didn't know she was doing any wrong it should make no difference right.

Because he would have been guilty of the same charges because he communicated with her on numerous occasions and even switched his email address 7 or 8 times to protect himself in the event this was found out. They all knew they were breaking the law!

It was all intentional as they were trying to communicate outside normal protocol and security measures. This way they could subvert the election, make deals with Iran, Drop cash off in pallets to the Ayatollah, sell uranium to the Russians,(our real collusion case) and do other dastardly deeds like go with Jeff Epstein on the "Lolita Express" to his home in the Bahamas and engage in sex acts with minors. The intelligence community knows full well this was going on and the Clinton's took 30 some trips either together or separately with Mr. Epstein.

NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails, now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

The NYPD Chief said once Comey saw the alarming contents of the emails he would be forced to reopen a criminal probe against Clinton.
“People are going to prison,” he said.

Well we all know that James Comey may have already destroyed these emails . Maybe they were in the emails of her private server?

The waiting is beginning to get to me & be glad when the suspense is over?? But I will bet you a Starbucks Cafe Late Hillary gets off with just a slap on the wrist by Loretta Lynch. You have to believe that we may never see the FBI report but just their recommendation to not prosecute her for criminal wrongdoing. I just think despite what Obama says about an independent investigation without political interference that he will never allow Hillary be indicted.

I don't think he would interfere with an indictment. I can see him letting the judicial process to proceed without interference and then a Presidential Pardon, if he is still in office. I agree Hillary will not see any time or punishment. So, how do we pay each other when we are betting on the same side. I prefer a Starbucks Venti Carmel Mocca myself.

I do believe the report will be released. I think the Republican controlled Congress will ensure that happens, even if it "leaked" by unofficial sources.

Don't you think that Hillary was assured by Obama to not worry about being indicted?? Just consider what the repercussions would be if she is indicted.
