"Poised" is a tad too strong a word to use.
Of course, there is always the problem of "conflicting Presidential Privilege" and President Bush may not want those documents released so you can always wait until someone actually announces that something is going to happen before believing that there is a reasonable chance that it might happen.

It will be released, but it will also be heavily redacted. That would be my guess. Release this in full and do not get rid of sovereign immunity.
