Yet, we constantly hear factual reports that unaccounted mail in ballots have been found in warehouses, in other states, dumped, and so on. And cases of duplicate ballots being mailed to people, ballots being mailed to dead people, and so on. Yes, there has been document cases of FRAUD. Here is one example.
