As with the current occupant of the White House, every one has an inner circle made up of those he/she trusts implicitly, and takes their advice over all others, even those with far more experience. From what I have seen, he would be wise to use them more as surrogates and not talk so much. They seem to be a very intelligent clan.

A successful person surrounds themselves with trusted and smart people. His kids fit this and so will others.
