I am constantly astounded at the lack of education occurring in our schools. The Left is smarter than we think. They attacked America in its soft underbelly. Its children. They took advantage of the natural inclination of children to rebel and offered them an alternative to their parent's heritage. Thus, we are left with a generation (or two) who have no idea of who and what we Americans are. In fact, we are loathsome in their eyes. Sad, isn't it

I am constantly amazed by my two children's lack of knowledge of our past or current Government,sadly I might add ,one is a physician the other a MBA holder from Yale ,on a lighter note it does make it easier for me to beat the hell out of them at " Trivia Pursuit " and with only a High School education on my part!

As I get older, I forget some of the stuff I learned in school about civics and early American history, and that's a shame. But it's tragic that some young people growing up in this country don't know as much about it as I have forgotten.

Schools here where I live basically teach the SAT Test. They have stopped teaching cursive, and the math they teach will make your head spin.
