'Why Does NASA Exist?'

I drifted by this video several times, but continued to come back to it from time to time over the the last two days... I just previewed it and I was pleasantly treated to William Shatner of Star Trek fame, reading, what is called a 'Poem', but more so a testament to the work that NASA is doing and must do, for mankind... "William Shatner Reads Ray Bradbury."

The artistic images and clips are worth the watching, but the narrative adds so much to the reality of where we are in the Cosmos...

I highly recommend watching this relatively short video, which represents the hindsight and foresight of Ray Bradbury, the creator of the Star Trek science fiction series, but more so the creator of a new generation of Science tuned minds who are now making reality out of the fiction Bradbury created... If only He was around to see how much influence He has had on the study of the Universe and mankind's exploration of it...
