Shouldn't be surprised when it's allowed for right wing media ops.
Despite difficulties faced due to the embargo, the people are resolved not to submit to the Empire.

How do you figure? Demonstrators were in fact arrested...
"Large crowds closed Miami’s Palmetto Expressway and hundreds demonstrating blocked major streets this week in Orlando, Tampa and across Southwest Florida, leading to a handful of arrests, at least two for battery on law enforcement officers."
FL's HB 1 - "The measure, officially titled the “Combating Public Disorder Act,” specifically makes it unlawful to “obstruct the free, convenient and normal use of any public street, highway or road,” making violators subject to $15 traffic citations. There are also penalties for mob intimidation and for unlawful assembly, involving three or more people involved in violent and disorderly conduct."
Sounds to me that LEOs were in fact adhering to this act. Gov DeSantis is free to offer his support to one demonstration vs another. BLM and the Cuban issues with the oppressive Cuban Government are completely different issues. But when those cross over the line of rioting and inciting violence, he is responsible for maintaining order in his state. Where has he specifically instructed officers not to adhere to HB-1?
Cuba Americans are not rioting or destroying public property. Those which have blocked major streets and highways have been dispersed, fined, and/or arrested in accordance with the new law. Stop trying to make correlations where none exist! There is no hypocrisy.
