There's no evidence to tie this to anything that humans have done or not done

I wish I could reply directly to this post but can't. (PO Nagel blocked me long ago - surprise, surprise) The Gulf Stream is a powerful force affecting climate. It was formed when Central America rose from the seas. Prior to that, the Alaskan Current, a cold water current, wrapped its way south of the North American Continent and flowed up the other side. With that current interrupted by the new land mass, water warmed in the shallows of the Gulf of Mexico served as the headwater of a new current, the Gulf Stream. Inasmuch as the Atlantic is not nearly as large as the Pacific where the cold Alaskan Current now reached the Equator and was stopped by a counter revolving current from the south, slid across the Pacific to be warmed and then turn to make it's way back to Japan, thence to Alaska, and restart the cycle. In the Atlantic, the Gulf Stream couldn't simply progress south along the opposite shore, but cooled in the Arctic. It then dived deep and made its way under the surface to be warmed in the Caribbean and Gulf, thence return to the surface and journey north again. Take away Central America and we might once again see the old cycle return. Well, maybe. Maybe not. Maybe inertia would keep the currents flowing as they are regardless of geological changes. Or may the Coriolis effect would make the change or cause a new system of currents. I'm sure our scientists won't bother building computer models to find out. Scientists live under the onus of publish or perish, and publishing scientific studies is expensive. It's damn near impossible if your findings buck a politically motivated narrative. Sadly, our government will only fund studies that prove changes in the climate are only affected by the brand and type of car I drive and the fuel it burns. (And don't you dare dive too deeply into the fact that electric cars burn coal.) Honestly, the true motivation behind "climate change" is fear. We the People must be kept in fear to be kept servile. And, when you see articles like this shared, you know who is living in fear.

Sen. John Kennedy questions Department of Energy official on climate spending #shorts
Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., grills Department of Energy Deputy Secretary David Turk on how climate spending will actually help bring down world temperatures. S...
Very true. It has been proven time and time again that the Earth goes through a war/cold cycle. But since scientific facts do not correspond to the liberal/Democrat agenda, it gets discounted. Also when Senator Kennedy (from Louisiana) asked the Department of Energy Deputy Secretary David Turk a simple question about how much would it reduce world temperatures, Turk could not answer it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-Lep2vT1gs

It's weird that not only have Al Gore and the Obamas bought oceanfront properties in the past decade while proclaiming rising ocean levels due to man-made global warming, oops it's climate change now, but someone financed them and someone else insured them. Yet there are people who buy their oil.

SFC John Davis First off I seldom post memes and it is 3rd grade science. Saltwater is denser than fresh water.
Again uts very simple. Its as simple as Thermohaline Circulation and upwelling on the other end.
