Why Jeff Sessions is being sued by a combat veteran over medical marijuana

I am not against legal mediaclly prescribed marijuana...if it works...when my father was dying from cancer, if I could have gottenmy hads on some Mary Jane he wouldn't have suffered as much or he wouldn't have cared...The only side effect I see is McDonalds, Krystal, White Castle, KFC et al better beef up their night shifts.
