It would be even better, if Politicians would stop trying to destroy it.

They really did take the best things they could find. Part of it was based on the Iroquois Constitution which had been in force with their people for a very long time. As well as other good, moral, ideas and concepts. It is a magnificent and inspired document. It was a struggle to put together and get all the representative to agree at the time, and it's still a struggle now.
