SFC Kelly Fuerhoff I do agree with the article, but additionally I think a lot of training int he military is "check the block" type training.

Ok and? That's what everyone says yet we have sexual harassment.
I posted the article about training videos because the training videos suck - everywhere. I hate showing some of the videos in SHARP training. They're so cheesy.

I did a survey as a BN SARC after the initial one in 2013 when they did SHARP stand down. I did a follow up. I compiled every company's and the entire BN results. I emailed all the COs about presenting them with what I found. One responded and actually had me come in. I emailed the BC about it - a few times. Never once did he have me come in. One company - people were writing comments onto the back page. It was pretty bad in that company.
I try to do my best whenever I have given SHARP training to not make it check the block or a joke or any of that.
