Why Russia and China Should Fear America's New Columbia-Class Submarines

We already know every move an Iranian Submarine makes. They don't leave port without a tail. We are allowing the Chinese and Russians to out pace us on new Submarine Technology. Both offensive and defensive. The real problem is they are doing it at a 1/4 of our cost because they are stealing the technology from us. We need to seal our intelligence leaks and reduce our time from concept to production. Otherwise the Chinese will be using our new technology before we are. With the current political climate the sleeping dragon will be the new Super Power. Before the U.S. even realizes we have lost our position on the World Stage.
