Hate to said this ... Jim Webb is a better candidate than the two on the stage on Democratic side. But ... can he actually knock them down is another story ... Iowa really tells a lot about each side.

Kinda sorta the conventional wisdom was that Madame Clinton would be cruising to a coronation at the Dem Convention. That would give Senator Webb his best chance as HRC has high negatives and Lord willin’ and creek don’t rise, she is going to be arrested soon.
Bernie sounds so positive and forthright, working for the good of the people – it was good to hear him call out the horrid Koch Brothers by name -- that the calculus by which Senator Webb can make a good independent run would appear to be lessened if Sanders can jump way ahead of HRC here in the Spring.
One big factor in this campaign that is actually alarming. With Gov. O’Malley dropping out, all the Dems are over 70 YO. Rubio and Cruz although they are execrable human beings are much younger. Let me record again that I see Rubio as the eventual Rethug nominee. He has the best hair.
