Cuban Secret Service takes care of their president Hugo Chavez before he passed away and the current president now. How do I know, because my cousin was the Honduran represented the organization of American states 13 years ago for the small little Banana Republic of Honduras. He met Hugo Chavez and shook his hand and saw his secret service henchmen by his side. Venezuela has a considerable Cuban military infiltration in all set there that's probably why Venezuela isn't under Civil War because the Cuban Secret Service have scooped up all agitators. If we invade Venezuela, I foresee Cuba sending in or Special Forces troops just before the invasion and making it a protracted Guerrilla War.
